Production process: The chain is actually a fully assembled and precisely produced heavy duty equipment with a combination of 7 different spare parts. The spare parts are all well prepared after several machining steps and hardening processes to acquire the required individual property. The different single spare parts include link parts, pick holders, conical and spade picks, hinge pin, locking dowel and retainers whose materials varies from alloy steel to nylon. The length and width of the chains can be flexible depending on different models of trenchers.
